Delivery area

SKEEZ currently delivers within Lebanon only.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery costs $4 on orders below $60.

Delivery is free on orders of $60 or more.

Customers may also receive free shipping through a valid Melt the Ice game reward when applicable.

Estimated delivery times

Beirut: within 24 hours

Outside Beirut: 2–4 business days

These estimates apply during normal operating periods and begin after the order has been confirmed.

During periods of unusually high demand — such as peak ski season, the days leading up to Christmas, major promotions, or other busy periods — delivery may take longer than the estimates above.

If you need your SKEEZ products for a specific trip, ski day, holiday, or event, we recommend ordering with a reasonable safety margin rather than relying on the standard delivery estimate at the last minute.

Delays caused by exceptionally high demand, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances outside SKEEZ’s reasonable control may also affect delivery times.

Payment

SKEEZ currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. (In special cases we can accept a whish transfer).
